1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website www.entouragestudio.ca (the "Website") and/or engaging the services of Entourage Entertainment and Events Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our products and services at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
By using this Website or booking services with us, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. Are not prohibited by applicable law from using our services.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking services or communicating with us. Ensure services requested are permitted at your chosen venue and inform the venue about necessary space, equipment, and logistical requirements. Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, if applicable. Use our Website and services for lawful purposes only.
5. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds
5.1 Booking Confirmation
Services are confirmed only after receipt of deposit or full payment and written confirmation by Entourage Entertainment and Events Inc. Services can be added, subject to availability and additional costs. Services cannot be removed or canceled after confirmation.
5.2 Deposits and Payment Terms
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Remaining balance is due as per the payment schedule outlined in your invoice or agreement. Cheques are accepted if payment is received at least 14 days prior to your event date. Cheques must be made payable to Entourage Entertainment and Events Inc.
5.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by the client made 30 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding deposits) at our discretion. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. If we cancel services, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. We are not liable for any other costs or damages due to cancellation.
6. Client Responsibilities and Liability
6.1 Event Responsibilities
You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and ensuring they do not damage or misuse our equipment. You assume full responsibility for any damage caused by guests to equipment or property. You are responsible for ensuring the event complies with all legal, venue, and safety requirements.
6.2 Liability Waiver
You release and hold harmless Entourage Entertainment and Events Inc., its employees, contractors, and affiliates from:
Any injuries, illnesses (including viral spread), or death
Loss or damage to property
Any other claims arising from your event
This release applies to you, your guests, and any third parties.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions
You acknowledge that electronically operated games and services may malfunction for reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace malfunctioning equipment. If equipment cannot be restored, you may receive a partial, pro-rated refund, calculated on: The operational time versus downtime minus any expenses incurred for delivering the equipment to your event.
6.4 Staff and Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute staff due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Replacement staff will be of equal skill and experience.
6.5 Food and Seating for Staff
It is industry standard that food and appropriate seating be provided for staff working at your event.
6.6 Media Waiver
By booking our services, you grant Entourage Entertainment and Events Inc., including its employees, contractors, and affiliates, the unrestricted and irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, edit, and publish any photos, videos, or other media taken at your event for promotional, advertising, commercial, and archival purposes, in perpetuity, and in any media format or platform now known or developed in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You acknowledge that no further permission, payment, or royalty will be required for such use. If you or any of your guests do not wish to appear in event media, please contact us directly at
